Check-ins, room changes, bills and restaurant orders are saved on that computer and upload automatically when the connection comes back. For power cuts, keep the front desk computer and router on a UPS or inverter and you can carry on as normal.
No. We charge a flat monthly subscription and take no commission on direct bookings. Guests pay through your own Paystack or Flutterwave account, so the money goes straight to you — only the gateway's normal processing fee applies.
You can create your hotel account and add rooms in a few minutes. You can be taking bookings the same day. If you'd like help moving your data across or training your team, we offer onboarding and on-site training as add-ons.
No. The 14-day trial gives you full access with no card required. You only pay if you decide to keep using it after the trial.
